PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic device configured to prevent a cable from being caught when a solar cell module bends.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic device includes: stages 5 fixed at predetermined intervals and each having a mounting surface 51; a solar cell module 10 having a frame 20; a plurality of spacers 6 arranged between the mounting surface 51 and the frame 20, and having a recess 67 formed at the center and placing surfaces 61 formed on both sides of the recess 67. A longitudinal length of the spacer 6 is longer than a width of the stage 5, and shorter than a length of the frame 20. The frame 20 is pressed against the placing surface 61 of the spacer 6, to fix the frame 20 of the solar cell module 10 onto the mounting surface of the stage 5 via the spacer 6. The placing surface of the spacer 6 includes a projection 63. The spacer 6 and the solar cell module 10 are mounted in predetermined positions with the projection 63.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
