The present invention relates to a girder with an anchorage apparatus for tendon axis adjustment, to easily match axes of anchor heads anchored in an anchorage device buried in the inside of a girder after tensioning to improve a pre-stress introduction effect. According to the present invention, the anchorage apparatus for tendon axis adjustment comprises: an anchorage device including an anchoring plate; an anchor head supported in the anchoring plate; and an anchor head support block which includes a horizontal block where the anchor head and the anchor head support block come in one-point or surface contact, and an extended horizontal block integrally formed with the horizontal block is fixed and installed into the anchoring plate. The horizontal block is a rectangular block, and makes the anchor head support block supported in the anchoring plate by one-point contact between an outer circumferential surface of the anchor head and the horizontal block.
