PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method which allows sufficient moisture control of a product in a simple method in a separate type air conditioner that uses ester system oil and ether system oil. SOLUTION: A moisture control process in a manufacturing process is operated by arranging a component 6 which is connected with a dummy indoor unit 4, and which has a built-in substance having a moisture adsorption mechanism in the path 5 of the connecting piping or the dummy indoor unit. After the moisture in a refrigerating cycle is adsorbed to the component 6 that has the built-in substance having the moisture adsorption mechanism, the component having the moisture adsorption mechanism is detached from the path 5 of the connecting piping or the inside of the dummy indoor unit. After that, the amount of moisture, which is adsorbed to the substance having the moisture adsorption mechanism, is measured, so that the amount of moisture which is contained in an outdoor unit of an air conditioner is controlled. To adsorb the moisture in the refrigerating cycle promptly, an intermittent heating operation and a heating/cooling switching operation are performed. |
