PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent caught fats and oils from falling onto a kitchen table by forming a clearance on the forward-slanted side between the inner surface of a frame body constituting the lowermost side when a grease filter is installed in a suction port of a vent duct in a forward-slanted state and a filter medium. SOLUTION: A filter fixing frame 2 is fitted in a V-shape state in respect to a vent duct 1 and is provided with an oil pan 10 in the lowermost part thereof, and inside the filter fixing frame 2, a grease filter 10 is fitted. Mist of fats and oils is caught by the grease filter 10 and allowed to fall into an oil pan 3 and through the oil pan 3 is accumulated in a collector. Since all the caught fats and oils are led into the oil pan, such a weak point that fats and oils fall from overhead position when used is completely prevented to enhance the practical value in food hygiene. |
