PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooked rice-charging device in an apparatus for forming a vinegared rice rolled in a dried laver capable of accurately and stably charging a constant amount of the cooked rice to a prescribed position of the laver sheet on a forming structure. SOLUTION: This cooked rice-charging device has a cooked rice-dividing structure 33 for compressing a charged cooked rice (a) into a plate shape, conveying the compressed cooked rice and dividing the compressed and conveyed cooked rice to a constant amount, a horizontal transporting conveyer 1 of the divided constant amount cooked rice (a2 ) and a forming structure 34 of a vinegared rice rolled in a dried laver. The transporting conveyer 1 is arranged so as to freely reciprocally move in the front and rear direction so as to remove from and contact with the forming structure 34 of the vinegared rice rolled in the dried laver. |
