PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately evaluate position information on a map by dividing a specified calculation range on the map into a specified optional size, respectively simulating an environment state and displaying the distribution of the simulated environment state and the map in correspondence. SOLUTION: An information fetching means 11 fetches the environment information of a measurement point on the map displayed on a screen, and based on the fetched environment information of the measured point on the map or the like, a simulation means 12 divides the specified calculation range on the map into the specified optional size and respectively simulates the environment state. Then, a display means 2 displays the distribution of the simulated environment state and the map in correspondence. Thus, environment simulation is performed corresponding to a point and a block on the map, evaluation is easily performed and plural simulated results are generally evaluated altogether. |
