Long flights, especially intercontinental flights, are often very taxing for passengers in tourist class. In aircraft tourist classes there are no footrests which might make the passenger's time aboard easier. The present invention improves the travel comfort of the aircraft passengers in tourist class. This leg-rest device can easily be fitted to the support structure of a forward upright swivel table and adjusted to the right height (fig. 1). The rest device is made from fabric or similar material so that it is of compact dimensions and easy to carry. <IMAGE>
