<p>The process comprises (a) placing a resin moulding compsn. inside a bag of flexible material capable of up to 100% elongation; (b) applying heat to the bag; (c) gradual closure of the mould, compressing the bag and forcing the liq. resin to press on the walls of the bag; (d) squeezing in elastic manner the peripheral region of the bag; and (e) removal of the bag outside the mould once the resin has hardened. Once the bag is closed, the air contained inside is extracted, using a hypodermic needle.</p> |
