<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture an oil-containing porous bearing providing a bearing surface with two dynamic grooves at both ends, and formed with a recess by enlarging an inner diameter in an area in a gap with the bearing surface. SOLUTION: A pair of forming parts 20 to form a bearing surface with plural dynamic grooves inclined in the axial direction is separately made up on an outer circumferential surface of a core rod 12. A porous body 11 is fed to this core rod 12, and it is pressed in a die, and pressure force to the inner diametral side is imparted to a part to be opposed to both these forming parts 20 of the porous body 11, and the inner diametral surface is displaced to the inner diametral side. With this constitution, this inner diametral surface is formed into a smaller diameter than an area in the interval, while this inner diametral surface is pressed to the forming parts 20 of the core rod 12, and thus these dynamic grooves in form conformed to the forming parts 20 are formed in respective inner diametral surfaces.</p> |
