PURPOSE:To make stable the output level of oscillation output without any adjustment and to improve the distortion factor, by controlling the variable current source with the comparison output between the oscillated output and the reference voltage. CONSTITUTION:A variable current source 5 is provided at the emitter current path of a transistor TrQ0. The oscillation output (voltage E1) obtained at the emitter of TrQ0 and the reference voltage E2 are compared at a level comparator 20, and the current source 5 is controlled with the signal based on the compared output. Thus, the emitter current Ie flowing to the current source 5 is in negative feedback control with the signal based on the compared output, the level variance of oscillated output is suppressed and the decrease in the distortion factor can be made. |
