PURPOSE:To provide both functions for replenishing decreased amount and for compulsorily replenishing necessary amount, by providing a simple structure for supplying a gas to a photographic processing solution storage vessel having a bird's fountain system. CONSTITUTION:A processing solution is filled up to the first level (A) and after that time a photosensitive material is passed. Pump 9 is actuated only when detector 10 is detecting passage of the photosensitive material, a gas of a set amount is sent to solution storage vessel 5, the solution in vessel 5 is sent to solution tank 4 in accordance with the gas amount, the solution level in processing through 1 is kept at level (A). On the other hand, the processing solution in trough 1 vaporizes and the solution level drops below level B as the time elaspses without passing the photographic material, at that time the air enters vessel 5 from opening 7, the solution is supplied from vessel 5 to trough 1, and the solution in trough 1 is kept at the second level (B). |
