PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and efficiently accomplish deodorization and sterilization in a large space such as a chamber by jetting out atomized peroxide water from a round opening, jetting out ozone from a ring type opening, and bringing them into contact with an object after they are brought into contact with each other. SOLUTION: Peroxide water 10 inside a bottle is let flow into a bottom part of a vertical hole part 6 so as to be accumulated to a set height in a recess part, and when a switch is turned on, a fan, an ozone generator 5, and an ultrasonic oscillator 7 are actuated. The peroxide water 10 accumulated in the bottom part of the vertical hole part 6 is atomized so as to be turned into mist generated above a liquid level 101, and ozone is supplied into the vertical hole part 6 from a vent part 621 so as to flow toward a ring type opening 22 just above the vertical hole part 6. The atomized peroxide water 10 is jetted out upward with the air flow from a round opening 21, and the air flow flowing into the ring type opening 22 is turned into a swirl flow because of restriction by means of a partition plate 221 so as to be blown upward while accompanied with ozone. |
