PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a host device to quickly cope with a carrying demand for a workpiece according to carrying demand information on the workpiece transmitted from a production job site by selecting information on the workpiece to be carried by a carrying body from a storage means recording a physical distribution control program, and transmitting it to the carrying body. SOLUTION: An operator of a production line operates a push-button switch 510 corresponding to a workpiece of a field operation panel 500 arranged in the vicinity of its work area when the workpiece is going to lack. The operation panel 500 detecting operation of the push-button switch 510 transmits information on its workpiece to a host computer 20 from a field side radio unit 400. The received host computer 20 selects a forklift 50 to carry its workpiece to a work area where the workpiece is going to lack by referring to a conversion table registered in a storage means, and transmits it to a wireless terminal 10 of the selected forklift 50 as work indicating information to carry the workpiece.
