The invention relates to a device for holding parts in the form of boards, especially printed circuit boards (5). These printed circuit boards (5) are protected against shocks or vibration by damping means (2) with respect to an outer frame (1). According to the invention, at least two damping elements are provided which are firmly connected to the outer frame (1). The printed circuit boards (5) are fixed in their position by means of the damping elements (2).
