摘要 The invention is characterized in that the cells of a selected vegetable plant are disaggregated upon adding mixture of a given buffer solution, said cells provided from the seed, embryon or plantlet; the soluble proteins are separated by centrifugation from the insoluble components; said soluble proteins are subjected to a fractionation by gel electrophoresis; this step allows to fractionate the soluble proteins according to criteria which are on one hand the electric charge of molecules and on the other hand the molecular weight of said molecules; this analysis of soluble proteins is carried out in a gel-based filter under an electric field; the fractions of soluble proteins are deposited at precise and distinct locations of the gel-based filter and these fractions are then visualized by specific enzymatic respectively proteinic coloration; such analysis provides a visualized fractionation by coloration and allows the genetic characterization as well as the qualitative sorting of vegetable varieties by simple visualization.
