PURPOSE:To prevent winding parts from swaying rotation or inclined displacement by integratingly forming a supporting member for mechanical winding which is removed after winding to a bobbin or collar fixed to a ferrite core. CONSTITUTION:A molding die 1 is provided with a mold cavity internally providing a ferrite core 2, a mold cavity for forming collars 3a, 3b and a mold cavity for forming a supporting member for mechanical winding. Before filling melted resin material used for forming collar and supporting member, the ferrite core 2 is previously provided internally in the molding die 1 and thereafter the melted resin material is filled in the molding die 1. When mold is removed after the melted resin material is hardened, the winding parts wherein the collars 3a, 3b are fixed to the ferrite core 2 and the supporting member 4 is integrated to the collar 3a can be obtained. A square-piller type supporting member 4 has a wider contact area with a chuck 5 and is certainly held by it. Therefore, the ferrite core 2 is little displaced inclinedly and little rotated swayingly due to a winding force. |
