PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel electrode material for a solid electrolyte type fuel cell, which can form fuel electrode film in which Ni particles and YSZ particles are highly dispersed. SOLUTION: A method for forming fuel electrode film for a solid electrolyte type fuel cell is that fuel electrode material 32, obtained by making a polymer nickel zirconia composite particle 31 with a designated particle diameter, which is made by adhering a nickel intermediate particle 31b to a polymer mother particle 31a, and also on a surface of which a YSZ particle 31c is adhered, is formed into film with a designated film thickness by a thermal spraying method on a surface of the solid electrolyte film for a base body. In this case, by adjusting the abundance ratio of the nickel intermediate particle 31b and the YSZ particle 31c in the nickel zirconia composite particle 31 randomly, the Ni particles and the YSZ particles are highly dispersed with a desired mixing rate, and a fuel electrode for a solid electrolyte type fuel cell which has superior gas permeability, power generating life performance and polarization characteristics can be formed. |
