PURPOSE:To prevent a skirt part from damaging, by a method wherein a masking material layer is attached with an adhesive agent extending to a midway in the direction of a spoke shaft from the tip of the skirt part of a buffer rubber coating body to be attached to a metallic rim, in a wheel for a rice transplanting machine etc. CONSTITUTION:Prior to vulcanization molding a masking material layer 12 made of ink for a felt pen is applied over an adhesive agent layer 5a extending to a midway in the direction of a spoke shaft of the tip part side of a metallic spoke 3. This parent body 1 of a wheel is set to a vulcanization molding device for vulcanization molding. Then a part corresponding to the masking material layer 12 of a skirt part 21 of a rubber coating body 11 coating a rim 4 is made to peel of extending to the midway in the direction of the spoke shaft and the masking material layer 12 is made to expose. With this construction, a protruded part of the skirt part can be peeled off easily, water tightness and repelling of water of the edge of the skirt part are improved and the skirt part can be prevented from damaging. |
