PURPOSE:To prevent the reduction of detecting accuracy or misdetection due to a ghost image by constituting a filtering means and a photoelectric conversion means so that both the surfaces of both the means are optically non-parallel. CONSTITUTION:A filter 9 is formed by depositing a multi-layer interference thin film for cutting an infrared wavelength area to correct spectral sensitivity on a transmissive plate and arranged obliquely from the plane vertical to the optical axis so as to be inclined from the axis rectangular to the array direction of picture element arrays 7a, 7b. A light beam reflected by the surface of a photoelectric conversion element 7 is reversely advanced through a secondary image forming lens 6b and an iris aperture 5B and concentrated into the infrared-ray cutting interference filter 9, but since the filter is obliquely arranged, the reflected light is not made incident again to the iris aperture 5a. Since the stray light is not reached to the photoelectric conversion element 7, no influence is exerted upon the focus detecting accuracy. |
