PURPOSE:To prevent an electronic card from being injured by an abrasion, by providing a stopper guide means to get the first stable state, the second stable state, and a transient state. CONSTITUTION:When a card detecting switch 19 is operated, and a stopper 60 is operated in the initial state of the insertion of an electronic card 10, a device goes to the second stable state with the force of the second coil spring 51 to which a tensile force is always given. When the operation of an electronic equipment is completed, since the rear end part of the electronic card 10 comes off a reference plane 22 forming the step of the back plane of a latch part 21, the first rejecting plate 40 presses the tip of the electronic card 10 with a crashing part 43, then ejecting the electronic card 10, and a returning part 44 presses back the left end of the second ejecting plate 50, then a device being returned to the first stable state. When the device is in the second stable state, and the status of a service interruption, or a power source off is generated, the electronic card 10 can be taken out by raising an eject arm 31 compulsorily, and pushing it back with the force of the first coil spring 41.
