PURPOSE:To facilitate the portability of the titled system and to eliminate a need for layout of a long coaxial cable by mounting an image pickup means, a voice signal forming device, and a controlling means on a portable casing. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is equipped with casters 32 on its casing 30, and can be easily moved by pushing. In case of a conference between a person at a location A and one at a location B, the casing 30 is carried to the vicinity of a connector box 22 at respective one of the locations A and B, and the box 30 is connected with the communication equipment-side with a coaxial cable 28. Also, the connector box 22 and a transmitter 20 are connected with each other. A controlling device 50, for instance, is placed beside the chairman. The chairman adjusts the direction, focusing, zooming, etc. of a camera corresponding to the place where a speaker is. He also switches ON/OFF plural microphones that are properly disposed corresponding to the number of attendants.
