PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the durability and life of a bearing part by reducing a heat load based on the friction clutch operation of a ball bearing part provided between both inertial bodies in a torque transmission having a device for compensating for the torque fluctuation of an internal combustion engine having a flywheel divided into a first inertial body connected to the crankshaft of the internal combustion engine and a second inertial body connecting the input shaft of a transmission. SOLUTION: A cooling through-hole for guiding the flow of cooling air supplied from the friction surface side of a second inertial body 4 to a side opposite the friction surface side of he second inertial body 4 is provided in the second inertial body 4 between a friction surface 4a and a bearing part 15 in a radial direction and the through-hole produces the flow of cooling air along the surface of a surface side facing the second inertial body 4 of a damper device.
