PURPOSE:To prevent wrinkling, lifting or tearing from occurring at the time of transfer onto a non-plane surface, by sequentially providing a release layer, a protective layer, a vapor-deposited metallic layer, an adhesive layer, a specified stretchable resin layer, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a release sheet on a base film in a laminate form. CONSTITUTION:A release layer 1a, a protective layer 2, a vapor-deposited metallic layer 3 and an adhesive layer 4 are provided on a base film 1 in a laminate form. Then, a stretchable resin layer 5 formed of a resin having an elongation at break of 2-300% as measured by a tensile strength and elongation test on a 25-mm sheet, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 and a release sheet 7 are sequentially provided in a laminate form on the laminate obtained above, thereby producing a metallic-tone thin-film sheet for pressure-sensitive transfer. The stretchable resin may be a nitrile rubber/vinyl chloride resin, a polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer or the like. The thin- film sheet thus obtained is used by releasing the release sheet 7, applying the thin-film sheet to an object with the side of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 in contact with the object, then pressing the thin-film sheet by a finger or the like, and releasing the base film 1. |
