PURPOSE:To prevent a flicker generated in a general load from being generated by using an inverter device with small in capacity by extracting the component of a reactive power with small amplitude which becomes the direct cause of the flicker. CONSTITUTION:The title device is equipped with a low-pass filter 21 to eliminate the high frequency component of a reactive power detecting signal SQ in a power system, and an arithmetic means (adding point) 22 to calculate a difference between the reactive power detecting signal SQ and the output of the low-pass filter 21, and the output of the inverter device is controlled corresponding to the output SF of the arithmetic means 22. Therefore, a part from which the component of the general load changing in a large cycle out of the components of the reactive power is eliminated, that is, the component of the reactive power which becomes the direct cause of the flicker is outputted, and the amplitude of the component is small. In such a way, it is possible to prevent the flicker generated in the general load from being generated by using the inverter device with small in capacity. |
