<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a lamp device from being turned down, when a battery is fully charged, by detecting an abnormal increase of voltage in a switch means in its output side and introducing a positive halfwave output in the output of an AC generator to the earth. CONSTITUTION:A battery voltage detecting means 10 turns on an SCR 9 only when battery input voltage decreases to a preset value or less, supplying a positive half-wave output of the AC outputs to a battery 8. While a lamp device voltage detecting means 19, when mean voltage of an intermediate terminal 5b exceeds the preset value, turns on an SCR18 short-circuiting a negative half-wave output of the AC outputs from the intermediate terminal 5b. On the other hand, an abnormal voltage control means 21, when a switch means 7 increases its output side voltage abnormally to a high level with the battery 8 in full charge, turns on an SCR22 guiding an output from an AC generator to the earth.</p> |
