<p>PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous transmission of an abnormality detecting signal caused by noise, etc., by outputting the abnormality detecting signal when signals from a deviation decision means continue for a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:When a deviation value between an input signal and reference signal calculated by a deviation calculating means 1 exceeds a specific value, a deviation decision means outputs a signal. When the signal continues for longer than the set time of the timer of an abnormality detecting means 3, the means 3 outputs an abnormality detecting signal. Therefore, even when the signal of the deviation decision means 2 is instantaneously outputted by a noise, etc., output of the abnormality detecting signal from the abnormality detecting means 3 can be prevented.</p> |
