<p>PURPOSE:To continuously manufacture articles in a mass production, and to reduce its cost by machining a preceding long article, then machining a following long article by superposing the following long article on the preceding long article, and allowing them to adhere. CONSTITUTION:A long article 12 to be machined is intermittently fed at a predetermined length by a feeder 14 provided at the head side of a belt conveyor 11. Further, a preceding long article 12 on the conveyor 11 is processed with square-shaped fusion-disconnecting wires 29 disposed longitudinally at a predetermined interval and a guard inserting slit fusion-disconnecting wires 30 inside the wires 29. A postmachining unit 24 is provided forward of a preceding machining unit 23, so thermally adhere at 35 as to allow the whole peripheral edge of the inside surrounded by the wires 29 of the preceding article 12 and necessary part to adhere to the following article 12, and a product isolating fusion- disconnecting wire 36 is provided. Accordingly, the article can be continuously manufactured.</p> |
