FLUORINE CONTAINED RESIN CEMENTED PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To manufacture a cemented product without using a profile sleeve and without generation of foams in a welded section by fitting both of medium diameter tubular material and a large diameter tubular material over a small diameter tubular material. CONSTITUTION:Two heat-shrinkable medium diameter tubular materials 2 of fluorine contained resin are fitted over the ends of a plurality of fluorine contained resin small diameter tubular materials 1, and a heat-resistant core 5 is disposed at the end of respective small diameter tubular material 1 over which a medium diameter tubular material 2 is fitted. A heat welding fluorine contained resin powdery material 4 is disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the end of the small diameter tubular material 1, and heated, and a heated area of the medium tubular material 2 generates heat shrinkage, while the fluorine contained resin powdery material 4 is softened or melted, and the medium diameter tubular material 2 and the small diameter tubular material 1, and also each of small diameter tubular materials 1 is welded and bonded while receiving heat shrinkage force. Then, a plurality of fluorine contained resin small diameter tubular materials are disposed on the outside of the medium tubular body, and heat-shrinkable large diameter tubular materials are fitted over one end, and each of small diameter tubular materials and the small tubular materials and the large diame ter tubular materials is cemented. Thus, no foams are generated in the welding cemented section, and a cemented product of superior strength and water tight properties is manufac tured.
