PURPOSE:To prevent the transparent spot of a film by a method wherein the upper surface of a doughnut-type cooling water tank except the vicinity of the inside wall thereof is entirely covered with a ceiling panel and a cooling water recovery panel whose inner peripheral edge is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of a bubble is provided under the cooling water tank. CONSTITUTION:A doughnut-shaped ceiling panel 20 is provided to the opening part of a doughnut-shaped cooling water tank 10 so that the outside edge 21 thereof is threaded with the inside of the outside wall 12 of the cooling water tank and the inner edge of the ceiling panel 20 does not reach the inside wall 15 of the cooling water tank 10 to form an erected lip 22 so as to leave a slight gap. Further, a cylindrical member 30 is downwardly mounted to the outer peripheral part of the bottom of the cooling water tank 10 and doughnut- shaped cooling water recovery plates 32, 33 are threaded with the inner peripheral 31 so as to be positioned in a state slightly separated from the cooling water tank 10 and the inner peripheral edges 35, 36 have the dimension reaching the outer peripheral surface of a bubble B and form upward sharp lips. |
