SUBSTANCE: method involves changing skin color of commercial objects by keeping fish and performing selective catching of commercial objects by sizes; placing largest specimens into vessel with toned walls and bottom and keeping for 1-4 weeks at standard keeping and feeding conditions. EFFECT: increased efficiency and provision for obtaining commercial objects with predetermined properties.
