PURPOSE:To make it possible to personally reserve a ticket at a home or the like and to obtain its reserved ticket by sending ticket issue permitting information corresponding to the retrieved result of a reserving data base based upon reservation permitting information inputted from a window side terminal. CONSTITUTION:Whether empty information exists in the reservation data base 10 or not is detected in accordance with reservation offering information inputted from a user side terminal equipment 2, and when the existence of the empty information is detected, reservation permitting information corresponding to the empty information is formed and sent to the terminal equipment 2. Ticketing permitting information corresponding to the retrieved result of the data base 10 based upon the reservation permitting information inputted from the window side terminal 3 is sent. Consequently, personal reservation can be executed at a home or the like and its reserved ticket can be obtained. |
