<p>PURPOSE:To provide a flat belt which is uniform in material, has high strength, excellent moldability, and good precision, and has the same characteristic as that of a seamless belt. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive 3A made of a soluble polyester elastomer solution is coated on a polyester film 1, and many layers of the films 1 are overlapped. The overlapped films 1 are dried to evaporate the solvent of the adhesive 3A, the films 1 are stuck together, and a flat belt with the same function as that of a seamless belt is provided. When an adhesive 3B containing chlorophenol in a polyester elastomer solution is used, the surface of the film 1 is corroded by chlorophenol, and the adhesiveness between the films 1 is further improved.</p> |
