PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a front panel having good visibility, which can effectively shield electromagnetic wave generated from a plasma display screen by providing a conductive layer on at least one surface of a transparent base, and providing a glaring preventing layer on the conductive layer. SOLUTION: A conductive layer is provided on at least one side of a plate, film, or sheet transparent base composed of acrylic resin plate, glass plate, etc. The conductive layer on the transparent base surface is constructed of multi-layer film composed of two or more metallic and/or metallic oxide. By using gold, silver, etc., for the metal, the conductive layer is formed through coating, vacuum deposition ion plating, or the like. And film, which has a fine irregularities such as polymer hardening film containing inorganic particles such as silica particles composed of silicon oxide, is formed on the surface. A glaring preventing layer for reducing brilliance on the surface is formed by using the uneven pattern. |
