PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user who sets nonage audition restrictions to use a product or equipment even if forgetting a secret number by making a user inquiry for judging whether or not the use of the product or equipment is allowed by using an electronic ID card. SOLUTION: The product is equipped with a card reader 18 which is connected to the electronic ID card 19 and reads in its recording contents. In a control part 12, a program which performs nonage audience restricting operation by referring to the identity of the user recorded on the electronic ID card is set. The control part 12 receives information on the user restriction state set for the user by the parent, etc., who sets nonage audition restrictions from a key input part 10, compares information on the user and information on the authority read out of another electronic ID card 19 through the card reader 18 with information stored in a memory part 16, and sets a control state in a proper case and outputs various control signals to a data reduction part 14, thereby performing control so that proper operation is performed. |
