PURPOSE:To provide a method for accurately judging the antifungal performance of a substrate in a short time on the test of the antigungal performance. CONSTITUTION:This method for testing the antifungal performance of a substrate comprises inoculating the substrate with a constant amount of a fungus, culturing the fungus at a temperature of 5-40 deg.C in a hymidity of 30-100% for a week, imaging the culture state with an imaging device, and subsequently subjecting the imaged result to a picture treatment for determining the increasing rate of the area the fungi in relation to the substrate, or measuring the amount of adenosine triphosphate in the cell of the grown fungus. |
