A separation plane (18) of the filter vessel cuts the conical outlet (3), essentially horizontally. Its (18) height B from the floor, and the corresponding open diameter T, are such that exchange of the cartridge filter (8), held in the cylindrical volume, is possible. If the cartridge length is K, then 2B = 4T = K. Four legs (19) support the vessel (2), distributed equally around the circumference. The lower cone section (12) swings out to the side, on one of the attachments (15,16) which forms a hinge axis (17), opening the vessel at the flange (11).
