FIELD: automobile transport. SUBSTANCE: carcass of tyre casing consists of one carcass fiber coming out and returning to bead at other side. Straight and return fiber layers form in bead two rows over circumference separated by layer 8 of rubber. Anchor fastening of carcass in bead 2 is provided by at least one bundle of fibers 61, 62 orientated over circumference and arranged at each side of bead in axial direction. Each bundle adjoins one of above indicated rows. They are separated by layer 5 of rubber mixture, A. Shore hardness exceeding 70. EFFECT: increased service life of tyre casing. 12 cl, 3 dwg |
