An edge region (100C) on the outer ply (100), which circumscribes the centerpiece region (100D), is adhered to an inner ply. A weakened region (102) separates the edge region (100C) from the centerpiece region (100D) so that the centerpiece region (100D) is removable from the label (5) by first decoupling a segment of the centerpiece region (100D) from the edge region (100C) of the outer ply (100), and then grasping and pulling the centerpiece region (100D) from the label (5) to decouple it completely from the label(5).
