PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive coloring matter transfer assembly capable of reprotating deprotonated cationic coloring matters transferred to an acceptor of an assembly, in which the acceptor of improved coloring matter conversion velocity is provided. SOLUTION: A coloring matter donor element with a coloring matter layer containing deprotonated coloring matters capable of being reprotonated into cationic coloring matters and its coloring matter image acceptive layer contain a coloring matter acceptor element containing a) organic polymeric acid or oligomeric acid capable of reprotonating deprotonated cationic coloring matters, b) a polymer containing Tg of lower than 19 deg.C and provided with no acidity at all or provided with a slight level of acidity and c) a mixture of monomer polyfunctional organic acid in which at least acid radicals are bonded together.
