PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device that can provide information of other programs which are selected based the cost of a program (e.g. a charging sum) that is defined by a program sender as a reference to a program that is selected by a viewer. SOLUTION: This information display device consists of a program information storing means 11 which stores received program information, a program providing means 12 which creates a program table based on the stored program information and offers the program table on a monitor 13, a cursor providing means 14 which offers a cursor on the program table, a cursor position detecting means 15 which detects the position of the cursor, a program selecting means 16 which selects a program that exists at the cursor position, and a program information providing means 17 which retrieves other programs that have the same contents with the program that is selected by the means 16 among programs whose program information is stored in the means 11 and offers information of other programs that are detected in accordance with a charging sum of the other programs which is information about a program value that is defined by a program sender. |
