SOLUTION: By fitting a slide member 24 on the opening 19 of a case 12 by a rivet 22 and continuously providing slits 28 on the slide member 24 fitting hole into which the rivet 22 is inserted, energy E acting on the slide member 24 by shock on an instrument panel from outside is absorbed by the resisting force of the rivet 22 sliding on the slits 28. |
