<p>The present invention provides a modular metal frame car park (9) formed from a plurality of interlocking adjacent rectangular deck sheets (2) which are supported in an elevated position by a lattice framework (7). The lattice framework (7) is formed from a plurality of interconnected vertical pillars (3) and horizontal beams (8). The horizontal beams (8) have an I-shaped cross section. The deck sheets (2) have an upper load bearing surface and a lower support surface, adjacent ends of the sheets being placed on the horizontal beams (8). The car park (9) also includes an exit ramp (6), an entry ramp (4) and stairs for pedestrian access.</p> |
