PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact IC card having anti-static electric characteristics continuing in a long-term without producing any new trouble such as the decrease of the strength of a card base material. SOLUTION: On the non-contact IC card 10 having a non-contact IC module 15 and a protecting member surrounding the non-contact IC module 15, and a charge preventing layer 14 is formed inside the protecting member. The charge preventing layer is formed inside the protecting member surrounding the IC module so that the surface area of the IC module can be covered, and any charge preventing agent is not added to the card base material in this non- contact IC card. Thus, it is possible to prevent the decrease of the physical strength of the card base material. |
