PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the interference of the front section of both constriction equipments, and to lighten the burden of an operator even when a plurality of the construction equipment are juxtaposed and the transport works, etc., of soil and sand are conduced. SOLUTION: Two hydraulic shovels 5, 5' are arranged onto a soil pumping-up ship 3 as the mother ship of a hopper barge 1, and a hopper 4 is installed at a place offset in a rear section between the hydraulic shovels 5, 5'. Operation, in which soil and sand 2 loaded into a bucket 8C are transported to the hopper 4 side by slewing and operating a revolving super structure 7 in the direction of the arrow A on the hydraulic shovels 5 side, is conducted. Slewing operation on the hydraulic shovels 5 side as the opposite side is interrupted during a time when a front section 8' is turned within a warning slewing range at an angleθby slewing operation on the hydraulic shovels 5' side, and the mutual interference of the buckets 8C, 8'C of front sections 8, 8' is prevented.
