PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a mode description-type call flow and also to permit a caller to recognize the correctness of a number before dialling without automatic interruption by using a mixture-type call flow where an automatic shift from an implicit mode to an explicit mode is started without the explicit command of the caller. SOLUTION: A name is dictated in an option C(S200) and, moreover, an additional option D is provided, by which the dictation (S130) of the desired number is realized as a numerical string by means of the caller. In a voice recognizing(VR) system, a switch starts the shift from the present implicit mode to the explicit mode at the point of time (S145) when the option D is received. Besides, the start request of the explicit mode can be transmitted in the VR system at the point of time when a time is about to be up in an ROH timer and also the call recognizes that the command to be dictated or the name to be dictated is not ended in execution.
