PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize connection of a connection part to a wire for improving the reliability of connections and to improve the workability of wire insertion/extraction by forming recessed and projecting parts such as a grid-like groove on the connection part of a metal attachment for press-connecting the inserted wire through an elastic member. SOLUTION: In a main body 10 provided with a wire insertion hole 11 of a quick connecting terminal block, a metal attachment 20 bent in a U-shape in the cross section is disposed and a leaf spring 30 is disposed inside thereof. Electrical connection of a wire 50 to the metal attachment 20 is performed by inserting the wire 50 into the wire insertion hole 11, advancing an exposed conductive part 51 thereof into the metal attachment 20 to be contacted to a connection part 21 by a pressure of the leaf spring 30. When the wire 50 is extracted, the leaf spring 30 is pressed down through a release button 40 and its pressure is released to extract the wire 50. On this connection part 21, a plurality of recessed and projecting parts are arranged with a grid-like groove or dimple-like recesses to be contactable to the conductive part 51 at many points. It is preferable that the groove is formed to be biased at about 45 deg. in the inserted direction of the wire 50 to reduce resistance at the wire insertion.
