<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power interruption backup function without mounting any additional capacitors by including a dielectric between a pair of parallel copper foils. SOLUTION: A film-shaped dielectric 2 is formed on a copper foil 2a by deposition, sputtering, or printing, copper foil 1b is deposited on the dielectric 2, and an electrical capacity is formed for an input power supply by the parts. Based on the electrical capacity, charging is made constantly and discharging is made in interruption, thus achieving a bypass capacitor function as a backup function. Then, the copper foil of the wiring board material can be used as power supply and installation layers. By using them, miniaturization, reduced weight, and low cost can be achieved in a system requiring a power supply interruption backup function and a bypass capacitor function.</p> |
