PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle that can control the content of a drawer by preventing the handle from becoming an obstacle and preventing the drawer from moving in a case where the handle is to be attached to a drawer of furniture, a cupboard or the like or where the handle is to be attached and used even in a small place. SOLUTION: When not using a handle 3, the end of a guide material 8 is engaged in a guide groove 11 so that the surface of the handle may not project from the surface of an object on which it is mounted, bringing about a locked state, and a drawer is also locked as the tip of a control shaft 22 is inserted into a fitting hole 18. To use the handle, by inserting a key 25 and pushing back a moving component 7, the handle 3 and the drawer are simultaneously released from locking. In an unlocked state, by inserting the handle 3 and releasing the end of the guide material 8 from engagement in the guide groove 11, the handle 3 is projected out from the surface of an object on which it is mounted and works as a handle 3.
