PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which performs successive padding processing efficiently. SOLUTION: An image processor to process image data based on the shape information is provided with a left propagation processing part 321 which makes pixel data specified by the shape information among the plurality of pixel data composing the of the single dimensional image data propagate leftward, a right propagation processing part 323 which makes the pixel data specified by the shape information among the plurality of pixel data composing the single dimensional image data propagate rightward, and an arithmetic and logic unit 331a which generates in order the plurality of pixel data composing the single dimensional output image data by one pixel data per 1 cycle to output while performing arithmetic processing by setting the pixel data outputted from the output end of the left propagation processing part 321 and the pixel data outputted from the output end of the right propagation processing part 323 as input.
