PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the life of a discharge lamp and a stabilizer and to enable to reduce power consumption of the lamp. SOLUTION: For the discharge lamp installed for the place to be used and purpose, the like the lamp is prolonged and power consumption is reduced by setting the number of winding of a coil 1 so as to lower the brightness within tolerable extent that does not cause flicker or non-lighting. |
